Dr. Caty Stark obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2016. She completed her PGY1 residency training at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN in 2017 and remained on staff as a clinical pharmacist. She joined CHI Memorial’s pharmacy team in 2019 and currently serves as a distribution specialist and is a preceptor for the hospital pharmacy practice longitudinal learning experience. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and is also a member of the antibiotic stewardship team and medication safety committee.
