Dr. Elizabeth Pickren Sanders graduated from Furman University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015. She completed a PGY1 residency at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, TN in 2016. She joined the CHI Memorial Hospital clinical pharmacy staff in 2017 where she currently serves as the anticoagulation lead pharmacist and is a member of the antibiotic stewardship team. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and is the preceptor for the anticoagulation learning experience.
