Dr. Kenny Dyer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University in Chemistry and Psychology. He then earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in 2011. In 2012 he completed the post graduate year one residency program at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He moved to Chattanooga in 2012 where he worked at Parkridge Medical Center and assisted in establishing the first PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program and served as the first Residency Program Director.  He came to CHI Memorial in 2016 as a Distribution Lead, but now serves as our department’s Operations Manager. He is board certified in pharmacotherapy and serves as the preceptor for the Pharmacy Management learning experience.
