Dr. Leisha Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from East Tennessee State University in 1988. She then received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 1997.  In 1998, she completed a residency in Ambulatory Care with emphasis on Disease State Management Programs from the University of Tennessee. After completion of her residency, Dr. Carroll accepted a clinical pharmacy specialist position with CHI Memorial.  She serves as the preceptor for the Pharmacokinetics learning experience.  In addition to being the Pharmacokinetics lead Pharmacist, she is also a member of our antibiotic stewardship team.
