CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga's Outpatient Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy for all your family prescription needs. The pharmacy has access to many hard-to-find medications, stocks a variety of over-the-counter items, places special orders and provides a 24/7 prescription phone line so that you can call for refills even if the pharmacy is closed. Your physician’s office may also phone or fax your prescriptions to the pharmacy. CHI Memorial accepts many insurance plans.

The pharmacy at CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga is located just inside the Outpatient Services West Medical Office Building Entrance F on the fourth floor. It is open Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed from 1 - 2 p.m. for lunch.
