Registration Open for 2025 Annual Chattanooga Cardiovascular Symposium 

The Chattanooga Heart Institute and CHI Memorial will host the 2025 Annual Chattanooga Cardiovascular Symposium on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at The Westin from 8 a.m. - 4:40 p.m.  C. Samuel Ledford, MD, FACC, E. Philip Lehman, MD, FACC, and Mark C. Thel, MD, FACC, are the activity directors. The symposium has been approved for continuing education credits for physicians and advanced allied health providers. This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of internal medicine and family medicine physicians, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, nurses, interns and residents in primary care specialties, and medical and nursing students involved in the cardiac care of patients.

The fee is $200 for physicians, $125 for advanced practice clinicians, and $75 for allied health professionals.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
