This service is for patients 18 years and older. Services focus on diagnosis and treatment of non-emergency conditions and triage to the most appropriate level of care.
- Available 12 - 10 p.m. EST
- Patients must be physically located in Tennessee at the time of the Virtual Urgent Care evaluation
- Visits take 30 minutes or less

Please note that not all health conditions are able to be evaluated or treated virtually. In these instances, the provider may direct you to complete your visit at an appropriate in-person care facility.
If you feel you or a loved one are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain or breathing difficulties, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

When to seek in-person care
While virtual urgent care can effectively manage many ailments without an in-person visit, conditions that require labs, x-rays, or a procedure would be best managed onsite at a CHI Memorial Medical Group practice.
If you need a prescription for a controlled medication, such as opiate pain killers, please contact your primary care provider to schedule a visit. CHI Memorial Virtual Urgent Care does not provide medication refills.
